THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of September 7, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between American Well Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Keith Anderson, an individual (the “Executive”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
