The Securities are to be issued pursuant to the provisions of an Indenture, dated as of March 26, 2018 (the “Senior Indenture”), as supplemented by the Third Supplemental Indenture, to be dated as of September 21, 2020 (the “Supplemental Indenture” and together with the Senior Indenture, the “Indenture”), each between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee (the “Trustee”).
