This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this 3rd day of July, 2017 (and as Appendix A annexed hereto has been amended from time to time as set forth therein), by and between Pioneer Series Trust XII (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Amundi Pioneer Asset Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Manager”).

Expense Limit Agreement made as of September 15, 2020, between Amundi Pioneer Asset Management, Inc. (“Amundi Pioneer”) and Pioneer MAP – High Income Municipal Fund (the “Fund”), a series of Pioneer Series Trust XII (the “Trust”).
