This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 29, 2020, by and between Digimarc Corporation, an Oregon corporation (including its successors and permitted assigns, the “Company”), and TCM Strategic Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (including its successors and permitted assigns, the “Investor”).
