This Confidential Separation Agreement and General Release (“Release Agreement”) is entered into on the first date set forth below by and among Steven A. This Independent Consultant Agreement (“Consultant Agreement”), made as of this 30th day of September, 2020 by and between Riverview Financial Corporation, 3901 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110 (the “Corporation”), and Steven A. Ehrlich (the “Consultant”) (collectively, the Corporation and Consultant shall be referred to as the “Parties”).
