On behalf of us at Frequency Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), I am pleased to offer you (“you” or “Executive”) full-time employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this letter agreement (this “Agreement”). If you accept the terms of this Agreement, we expect that your employment with the Company will commence no later than December 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) initially in the Company’s Woburn, MA offices. You will be employed as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to David Lucchino, Chief Executive Officer.
