This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of November 19, 2020 and to become effective as of the “Effective Date” (as defined below), by and among Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Company”), Blue Ridge Bank, National Association, a national banking association (the “Bank” and, collectively with the Company, the “Employer”), and C. Rodes Boyd, Jr. (the “Executive”).
