This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 8, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Savara Inc. (the “Company”), and Matthew Pauls (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates and supersedes in its entirety the Executive Employment Agreement dated September 11, 2020, entered into by and between the Executive and the Company (the “Prior Agreement”).
