THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated January 5, 2021 is made and entered into by and between HERITAGE INSURANCE HOLDINGS, INC., Delaware corporation, and all of its affiliate and subsidiary companies (collectively, the “Company”), and Ernie Garateix (the “Executive”).
