This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this 3rd day of July, 2017 as amended March 26, 2019 and as further amended January 26, 2021 (and as Appendix A annexed hereto has been amended from time to time as set forth therein), by and between Pioneer Series Trust XIV (formerly, Pioneer Strategic Income Fund) (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Amundi Asset Management US, Inc. (formerly, Amundi Pioneer Asset Management, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (the “Manager”).
