This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of February 3, 2021, is entered into by and among National Fuel Gas Company (the “Company”), the lenders listed on the signature pages hereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), in respect of the Credit Agreement described below.

(“Citizens”, and together with Wells Fargo, the “New Lenders”), the lenders listed on the signature pages hereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), in respect of the Credit Agreement described below.
