This Agreement is dated as of December 15, 2020 and is entered into by and among Natixis Funds Trust I (“Trust I”), Natixis Funds Trust II (“Trust II”), Natixis Funds Trust IV (“Trust IV”), Loomis Sayles Funds I (“LSF I”), Loomis Sayles Funds II (“LSF II”), Gateway Trust (“Gateway”), Natixis ETF Trust (“Natixis ETF”) and Natixis ETF Trust II (“Natixis ETF II”) each on behalf of its investment portfolios. Trust I, Trust II, Trust IV, LSF I, LSF II, Gateway, Natixis ETF and Natixis ETF II are referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
