This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (together with the Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), of UWM Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into effective as of February 3, 2021, by its Members (as defined below) and UWM Holdings Corporation, a Delaware corporation” in its role as Manager (together with its successors and permitted assigns, the “Corporation”).
