THIS SPLIT DOLLAR LIFE INSURANCE AGREEMENT, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED, (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of February 17, 2021, by and between Century Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”), a bank organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Barry R.
