Pursuant to the Citrix Systems, Inc. 2021 Inducement Plan (as amended from time to time, the “Plan”), Citrix Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby grants an Award of Restricted Stock Units to the awardee named above (“Awardee”). Upon acceptance of this agreement, including any additional terms and conditions set forth in any appendix for Awardee’s country (the “Appendix” and together with this Agreement, the “Award Agreement”), Awardee shall receive the number of Restricted Stock Units specified above, subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth in this Award Agreement and in the Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, this Global Restricted Stock Unit Award is not issued under the Company’s Second Amended and Restated 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, and does not reduce the share reserve under such equity plan.
