THIS SERVICE-BASED CASH AWARD AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective January 4, 2021 (the “Agreement Date”), is made by and between PEABODY ENERGY CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned employee of the Company or a Subsidiary who accepts this Agreement in the Plan’s online administration site using the Company’s online acceptance procedures (the “Grantee”). The grant date for this Cash Award is January 4, 2021 (the “Grant Date”).
