This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 24, 2021, is made by and between Latch, Inc. (“Latch”), and Ali Hussain (“Executive”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”), and will become effective, if at all, upon the date of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger entered into on the date hereof, by and among Latch, TS Innovation Acquisitions Corp. (the “Company”), and Lionet Merger Sub Inc. (the “Business Combination” and the date on which such Business Combination is consummated, the “Effective Date”). Upon the Effective Date, the Company shall assume all of the obligations of Latch hereunder and shall become a Party hereto as if the Company had initially executed this Agreement
