TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 17, 2021 (the “Closing Date”), among Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the lenders listed in Schedule 2.01 (together with their successors and assigns, the “Lenders”) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”), as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Agent”).
