STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of April 5, 2021 (the “Agreement”), by and among Kelly Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”), Michael Shuman (“Shuman”) and Jill Hafetz, as trustee (“Trustee”) of The Michael A.
