This FIRST AMENDMENT TO LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of March 31, 2021, is by and between OAKTREE STRATEGIC INCOME II, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”) and CITY NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association (“CNB”), as lender (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, “Bank”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement.
