Ontex North America, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having a principal place of business at 960 North Point Parkway, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30005 (“Supplier”). Honest and Supplier shall hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
