This AMENDMENT NO. 6, dated as of April 19, 2021 (together with all exhibits and schedules hereto, this “Amendment”) to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of October 19, 2010 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified through the date hereof, the “Existing Credit Agreement”) among Tenet Healthcare Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders and Issuers party thereto, Citicorp USA, Inc., as agent for the Lenders and the Issuers (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
