In accordance with the provisions of Article I, Participation in Reinsurance Pool this Agreement is hereby terminated for the placement of new business, effective July 1, 2002. It is understood that policies reinsured under this Agreement may increase or decrease due to normal attrition and changes to policy account values or contractual changes. This includes changes to the base policy and all riders.
