SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of [ ], 2021, by and between DTE ENERGY COMPANY, a Michigan corporation (“DTE Energy”), and DT MIDSTREAM, INC., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned Subsidiary of DTE Energy (“DT Midstream”).
