This Limited Liability Company Agreement (together with the schedules attached hereto, this “Agreement”) of Nissan Auto Receivables Company II LLC (the “Company”), is entered into by Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC, as the sole equity member (the “Member”), and Kevin P.
