This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of May 10, 2021 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Design Space Modular Buildings PNW, LP, a Nevada limited partnership (the “Seller”), and McGrath RentCorp, a California corporation (the “Buyer”).
