This COOPERATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of May 13, 2021 is made and entered into by NN, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and CORRE PARTNERS MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (together with its Affiliates “Corre Partners”) and each of the other persons listed on the signature page to this Agreement (collectively with Corre Partners and together with any other Affiliates of Corre Partners, the “Investor Group” and each individually, an “Investor”).
