This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 23, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between SkyWater Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with any successor thereto, the “Company”), CMI Oxbow Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with any successors thereto, “Oxbow”) and the individuals identified on Schedule A hereto.
