This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of May 21, 2021 is among DONALDSON COMPANY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Subsidiaries from time to time party hereto pursuant to Section 2.15 (each a “Borrowing Subsidiary” and collectively the “Borrowing Subsidiaries”), the Lenders from time to time party hereto and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer.
