THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement) is made as of the _____ day of _______, ________ by and between Bridge Builder Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), which may be amended from time to time by written instrument executed by the parties to add additional Funds and Olive Street Investment Advisers, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Adviser”).

THIS AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of May 26, 2021 by and between BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of New York (“BBH&Co.” or the “Custodian”), and BRIDGE BUILDER TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), on behalf of each of its series portfolios listed on Appendix A to the Agreement (each a “Portfolio” and collectively, the “Portfolios”), registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The terms of this Amendment shall apply separately and respectively to each Portfolio, and each reference to the “Fund” herein shall mean the Fund on behalf of each Portfolio.
