THIS NON-COMPETITION AND NON-SOLICITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of July 28, 2021, by and among Investors Bancorp, Inc. a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Kevin Cummings (“Executive”) is effective as of the Closing (as defined below) (the “Effective Date”).
