THIS EXECUTIVE SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 9, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between Conn’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal offices at 2445 Technology Forest Blvd, Building 4, Suite 800, The Woodlands, Texas 77381 (“Conn’s”), and Chandra Holt, an individual (the “Executive”).
