This Consulting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of 15 August 2021 (the “Effective Date”) between Catalyst Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and Howard Levy Consulting LLC (“Consultant”). Company desires to retain Consultant to perform certain consulting activities as described below, and Consultant desires to serve as a consultant to Company and perform such activities under the terms of this Agreement.
