This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of March 23, 2021, by and between Wasatch Advisors, Inc. d/b/a Wasatch Global Investors (the “Advisor”) and Wasatch Funds Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Wasatch Long/Short Alpha Fund (the “Fund”).

Except as amended hereby, all terms of the Existing Agreement remain in full force and effect. This Amendment includes the amendments in Schedule A and general terms in Schedule B.
