This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 21, 2021 (the first date upon which this Agreement has been (a) executed by the Company, the Parent, and the Executive and (b) assumed by the Company and the Parent pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code), “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among Intelsat US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Intelsat S.A. (“Parent”) and Stephen Spengler (the “Executive”).
