This Support Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 6, 2021, by and among Cavalier Acquisition JV LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Parent”), and each of the Persons listed on Annex I hereto (each, a “Shareholder” and collectively, the “Shareholders”).
