THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 17, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and among, KORE Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), KORE Wireless Group Inc. (the “KORE”), and Romil Bahl, (the “Executive”). Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Section 10.
