EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of October 27, 2021 by and between William Blair Investment Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”) and William Blair Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the William Blair Income Fund (to be renamed William Blair Short-Term Bond Fund) (the “Fund”).
