This Agreement and General Release (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the latest date signed by George Powers (“Executive” or “you”) and Zurn Water Solutions Corporation, for itself and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, divisions, related companies and affiliates (the “Company”). Executive and the Company are each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”.
