THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as and effective as of January 3, 2022 (the “CEO Effective Date”), by and between Andrew Perlmutter, an Illinois resident (“Employee”), and Funko, Inc., a Delaware corporation (any of its affiliates as may employ the Employee from time to time, and any successor(s) thereto, the “Company”).
