This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (“CCOH” and such entity together with all past, present, and future parents, divisions, operating companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates are referred to collectively herein as “Company”) and Jason A. Dilger (“Employee”). Effective as of January 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), this Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement between the Company and the Employee, dated May 1, 2019 (the “Prior Agreement”).
