This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of January 31, 2022 by and between Wasatch Advisors, Inc. d/b/a Wasatch Global Investors (the “Advisor”) and Wasatch Funds Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the below listed series of the Trust (collectively, the “Funds,” each a “Fund”).
