THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made, entered into and effective as of January 25, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Owl Rock Feeder FIC LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lender”) and Owl Rock Technology Finance Corp. II, a Maryland corporation (the “Borrower”). Lender or Borrower may be individually referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
