This EQUITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 6, 2022, is made by and between SunPower Corporation, Systems, a Delaware corporation (“Seller”) and TotalEnergies Renewables USA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
