This AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated as of October 1, 2021 is entered into by and between Midland National Life Insurance Company(“Insurer”), an Iowa domiciled insurance company, on its behalf and on behalf of each separate account identified in Schedule 1 hereto, and Sammons Financial Network, LLC (“Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company.
