INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT, made as of April 30, 2021 by and between PENN MUTUAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC (the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and DELAWARE INVESTMENTS FUND ADVISERS (the “Sub-Adviser”), a series of Macquarie Investment Management Business Trust, a statutory trust organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware.
