This LICENSE AND COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 8, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Blueprint Medicines Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Blueprint”), having a place of business at 45 Sidney Street, Cambridge MA 02139, USA, and Zai Lab (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, an exempted company organized and existing under the laws of P.R. of China (“Zai”), having a place of business at 4F, Bldg 1, Jinchuang Plaza, 4560 Jinke Rd, Shanghai, China, 201210.
