This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of [•], 2022, by and between Limelight Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and College Parent, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“College Parent”).
