THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of March 10, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and among KORE Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), KORE Wireless Group Inc. (“KORE”) and Jack Kennedy (the “Executive”). Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Section 10.
