Each of them is responsible for the timely filing of such Schedule 13D and any amendments thereto, and for the completeness and accuracy of the information concerning such person contained therein; but none of them is responsible for the completeness or accuracy of the information concerning the other persons making the filing, unless such person knows or has reason to believe that such information is inaccurate. This AMENDED AND RESTATED REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 6 day of April 2021, by and among (i) MediWound Ltd., an Israeli company (the “Company”), and (ii) each holder of the Company’s Ordinary Shares, nominal value NIS 0.01 each (“Ordinary Shares”) listed on Schedule A hereto (the “Shareholders”).
